I also did not get to Day 2. We've got a lot going on right now, as we're looking at getting new carpeting and started painting and stuff in the baby's room. I guess I'll try to get to Day 2 tonight after I paint some, but might just count on what I've done so far to carry me for the Fit Test next Wednesday. catch up day

so after i hurt my back/neck, i did some to catch up today.did 100 with a few "ass in the air" rests, 2 sets of 20 inclines, 1 set of 10 close grip flats

Chris - Okay, didn't get to them last night. But I did bike 21 miles yesterday. Yeah, lame excuse. I did put together my poor man's pull up bar yesterday. Two lash straps and a piece of oak hanging from the beams in our family room. Week 6 - Day 1

I had to drop down to column 2 today, I couldn't get 56 on the first set, so I stopped at 50, but was able to max at 55.Chris - I had to do some emergency work on my dentist's computers last night. I re-did Week 5 - Day 1 between waiting for the RAID array rebuilding and installing software. Feeling pretty sore towards the end, only squeezed on 30.

Another tough day with the 30 seconds of rest, but I still managed to get the 40 max set done. Only one more week, and we'll see who can do the hundred.Chris - Skipped day 2, right to 3. Max-ed at 35.

Same as James, the 45 seconds of rest makes it much harder, even with fewer reps per set. I somehow managed to struggle through the required 40 for the max though (took a bit longer rest before that set). week 5 day 2

41today was tougher than i thought. the 45 seconds went pretty quick and the last set really caught me.
